I started running when I was 16 and loved the way it made me feel.A couple of years later I added weight training in as well and never looked back.
Why I Love It:
I love the endorphins you get from exercise and the fact that you look and feel better because of it.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I hear of all the health problems and obesity it motivates me to get off my tush.

I'm fairly happy with my appearance, but I would like to gain more muscle, particularly in my arms.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain about 10 lbs. of muscle and possibly get down to 15% bf if I don't look to skinny. To get there, I will try to work out five days a week and clean up my diet a little. I know it will take time and discipline. I want to get as muscular as I can while still looking feminine and not losing the girls! Lol

What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I did miles a days on the treadmill, because I thought I had to burn off every calorie through exercise, but I have since learned that the body is capable of burning off some calories on it's own. Exe...more

i know the feelin of no money i have 40buck to last me 2weeks so i just been riding my bike to the gym n walk 2 work from the gym it like 10min. I have been doing ok thing are getting back to normal i had 2 very rough last months family issues ALMOST lost job but i didnt not so thank goodness for that but things are good now.
