Goal (Short): Gain more muscle mass and definition. My current goal is to increase my strenght.
Goal (Long): I'm currently in a clean bulking cycle, I want to gain as much muscle and strenght as possible. I want to be able to bench at least 225lbs. :/

Eight weeks have passed since I started training the "Max-OT" way, in an attempt to increase my strenght.

Universal Animal Pak, 44 Paks
Started: Aug 13, 2007
Reason: Aquire vitamins and minerals I can't normally get.
VPX Zero Carb Protein, 2 Lbs., Chocolate
Started: Mar 25, 2008
Reason: Basically, the best protein I can get here. And it works well, so I'll stick with it.
