Reason: Watching PulgasStrongMan evovle is an old pastime of mine. He's obviously got the formula. Aug 09" progress is got me scratching my head. Look at the bulk with the abdomen in total check. Pulgas has this thing on a string! However I'm coming for him!

Reason: Look at what he has accomplished. He knows it's mostly about diet and not just pushing a lot of weights. He has figured out what I have just started to apply myself. nice work B.

Reason: This guy is in his 40's like me and has truly gone through being heavy as you can see from his weight chart and is inspirational to anyone in their 40's looking to accomplish what he has done. Congratulations.

Reason: I was inspired by Brian's Transformation of the Week article, in which he gives an account of a major reduction in body fat and increase in muscle mass in less than a year. It encouraged me to set my own sights higher and hope for better results than I'd come to expect.

Reason: open and ready to help by giving advice to help my progress.

Reason: Has made great transformations and always challenges me to push myself and keep the bar raised high.
