Locker Room at the gym where I began to realize this was working and it was all about diet not just hitting the weights hard. I had lost about 45 lbs at this point.
Let me know if you see progress. I am going to stay the course through the end of the year, maybe up the calories a wee bit more, the then pull back after the new year. Cool! Looking to add muscle here ...

Pics are a great reality check. After this one I realized there was not as much change as I thought I "felt"... Changed the diet dramatically at this point. At 233 in this pic.

The diet and hard work is working its magic. My gym shorts are hardly fitting anymore - 2 1/2" off the waist! Just a couple of weeks on the new diet is really having an impact.

Taken during morning workout on Christmas Eve... it is getting to the point where I don't even recognize this guy. He looks like a frick'en bodybuilder! Gonna keep this up. More new muscle coming on in '08. This will be the start picture for C2.

I am up 7 pounds from the previous month, but my body fat has actually dropped .4% [electronic test at the gym]. Shirts are certainly fitting tighter across the chest, back and arms ... Cool!

At 199 in these shots. I have shaved about 6 lbs since last month and the core training is still going strong. I am finding that the more I train core, the easier it is to move heavier weight - makes sense really. Ever seen a tree with big limbs and a skinny trunk?!

Some fat around the belly button area to work on. Steady on the diet and it should be melting away in another month or two. Nickedge, watch out!

I was blown away when I compared this shot with the one from June of 2008 [the black and white above]. In the June shot I weigh the same as I do here. If you keep the diet squared and the workouts going, things happen. One workout at a time ... be relentless.
