Good to hear dude ... I said what I said due to frustration with "trainers" in my own gym that don't live it themselves. You have come a long way the last couple of years - arms and traps are impressive. Which PT cert did you get?

Thanks dude ... Keep aiming for more size. Maybe it is happening. We'll see how the next set look. Impressive: the workout tally [400!]. When it becomes "normal" that is when things begin ton happen. So what new thin have you plugged in to chip away at your goal "to get the rest ... to catch up to the chest" ?
