Goal (Long):
I was recently released from the US Coast Guard Academy due to my inability to perform due to my medical issues in the hormonal department, that of which is currently being resolved. In reporting in to Swab Summer, I did not arrive in the best and most suitable conditions and this had a significant effect on my performance while at the Academy. Prior to reporting in, I also unintentionally lost a significant amount of weight during the spring season of track, thereby brining my weight level well below what is considered being underweight. Once entering the Academy, my body was left vulnerable and not prepared for the due added stress and I quickly became anemic and had an extreme loss of hormone levels. I thereby was not mentally alert to my surroundings and situationally aware and always felt sluggish. Basically, I still plan on getting back to the Academy, but this time under different circumstances. But if it's this year, at least I'll have the confidence that I'll have the right medical support behind me this go-around w/ HRT and that my body won't be constantly cannabolizing itself and tearing itself apart w/ the low weight issue.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
5%

hey man, i think that once in the MEN thread you said that you would be possibly willing to sell the stuff that you make, so long as the shipping and payment was worked out- is this true? if it is, i'm more than interested- just name your price and then i'll do my best to match it. as for payment (that is if you do plan on selling your food), do you have paypal?
hey man, I see in a thread you wrote about all the ways you cook and flavour tofu. Was wondering if you could enlighten me to what some of these are please? Im intrigued!
Thanks bud
As a 3 sport varsity athlete for 4 years in high school, I worked out everyday, was in excellent shape, and still had 7% body fat. I suggest increasing it to at least 7%. Any less can result in health issues. Good luck in your quest to return to the Academy.

I commend you for your desire to get back into the Academy. I think your goal is achievable but not by R-day for 2013. You still have 25lbs. to go and only 3 months left. Also, you will need to increase your body fat %. 4% is extremely unhealthy.

Everyone deserves second chances. It's good to see you working hard to better yourself in preparation for the summer. Keep up the good work and don't let the negative comments of anyone get you down. Prove them wrong!

If you happen to find yourself in 2014, I hope to God that you put on the extra 35 lbs, because you're going to need it.

How do you plan on going about "transforming your body into something you can use as a tool"? What do you plan on doing?
Best of luck!
