Started at 13 using my dads weights and reading his old Muscle mags with Steve Reeves , Reg Park and Grimek in them...Then, I fell upon a picture in B&W of Arnold in 1973 in a shop window and it blew my mind ! I had to be one of these guys.
Why I Love It:
What you put in you get out, unlike 99% of most other things in life, this is a decent 'deal'. Live fit and strong, avoid health problems, feel great, look great who can say better?
How I Stay Motivated:
There are some great 'role models' out there. Results keep me going.
I like the people in gyms, the girls are cute too...friends there.
BB Accomplishments:
From before to after and back to before, but... on my way to a second after...
Get the fat down to 10% bodyweight. Lose 30kg's 66lbs of fat in 6 months.
Goal (Long):
August 2008 I hit an all time high (fat) of 318lbs. I started to train again this November 2008 and now have lost 20kg's but have another 18 or so Kg's to lose. I want to see 4/6 abs and all the quads defined. I've seen a nutritionist and the diet is working well. No loss of strenght and a good gain in muscle mass too. Should get the result by May 2009.
