-Read the one below before this!!- I did actually take BSN's N.O. Explode once, but I realized that I didn't gain weight so I stopped taking it and then progress started. But don't get me wrong N.O. Is a good product just not for people like us - Ectomorphs / hardgainers... :) good progress btw..

I saw that you posted a thread about N.O. Explode or .... I think you should stick to normal creatine. There's a lot caffeine in N.O. products which makes your metabolism a lot higher, and for you just makes it harder to gain weight. read the next message..

I'm doing great. Training works fine, eating a lot as always, gaining slowly but that's something I have to deal with. My first weight goal is reached finally I reached the 176lbs I wanted from the start. But that is only the beginning. How bout you my friend? When are going to see some new progress pics..? :)

yes! definitely! if you have a very low bodyfat percent your veins starts to show. Veins is always a good thing in my opinion. Hows it working out for you? sounds like you have made some progress on the lower abs ?

just a plate, that doesn't allow you to do that many reps! I dont go heavier than 5kg plates. but then in cable crunches I'm doing 75kgs. Decide for yourself. There isn't a right way to do it? just do what you think works best.

Yeah If skullcrushers works good for you then do it. But the idea is that you do it in the heaviest exercises. Pro bodybuilders, like jay, Ronnie aso. often train abs very heavy and with few reps, this will give this look you're talking about. Big weight = big muscles. but if you're going clean, then it wont be something to worry about.

the great thing about this is that you're allowed to do the same number of reps, but the number of sets makes it legal to do very high weight and few reps. I suggest that you do it in: banchpress, deadlift, squat, closegrip benchpress, Barbell biceps curls. But you can feel for yourself which exercises works best for you. keep it up! You have a great foundation of getting huge someday. just train hard, eat alot and with manner.

It's actually a lot easier to get ripped than beast for guys like us. But I think if you wanna gain some size but still be ripped. Then choose 1-2 exercises for every bodypart, and then do that exercises with extremely high weight, low reps but a lot of sets. so what used to be 4 sets with maybe 8 reps will now be 7 sets with 3-4 reps.

I'm doing fine. Slow progress, but it's better than no progress, I've just got my new creatine today. I'm starting to use Controlled Lab's "green magnitude" so I'm looking forward to, hopefully, seeing some new gains and a little more size. Just keep it up eat a lot. focus on the mass, guys like us can always get rippet because of out metabolism and so on.

If you're gaining weight fast, you're propably gaining a little fat so.. If you want visible abs then you have to have a low body fat percent. and to gain size and muscle you have to bulk a little, and that will sadly contain a little gain of fat also..

I'm kinda small by genes, or what you would say but should I do it in a row or bulk some pounds and then cut? And thanks for the quick answer.

Hi Layne I've been following you on youtube and on this site for awhile, but now I have a question for you, I'm for the first time feeling that the bulk is working... But my question is: how far do you think I should go, when it comes to bodyfat. I would like to end at about 195Lbs when I'm done after cut and everything. -Peter
