How I Started:
I have always admired Bodybuilding and I really respect people who can be motivated enough to get down in the gym almost every day to work out. I considered it for my self and I thought that it could be awesome to get a meanmachine body. I started working out, and now it is one of my favorite hobbies and really love it.
Why I Love It:
I love to see how the body transforms, and to follow the positive results i make and because of the people I work out with..
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch other people whos bigger than me, watching videos on youtube and stuff like that.

Appreciate it man! Close grip bench, kickbacks and heavy pulldowns are my bread and butter when it comes to tri's. You can see me working out arms on my video, check it out. Always looking for some feedback. Take care bro.

Oh thats actually a fantastic idea man ! Could you do that with skull crushers ?? And you know how some bodybuilders abs are like bloated lookin? what do they do to get tht? Cuz i don't want my abs to turn out like tht !!
