How I Started:
I have always admired Bodybuilding and I really respect people who can be motivated enough to get down in the gym almost every day to work out. I considered it for my self and I thought that it could be awesome to get a meanmachine body. I started working out, and now it is one of my favorite hobbies and really love it.
Why I Love It:
I love to see how the body transforms, and to follow the positive results i make and because of the people I work out with..
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch other people whos bigger than me, watching videos on youtube and stuff like that.

working niiice... LOL.. Kinda pisses me off, all those supplements, and the thing holding me back was my basic diet... how much brown rice are you eating a day, and when do you stop eating it... like before 4pm? or does it even matter? Also, do you run in the morning on empty stomach, people keep telling me to do that... sounds sucky
