I have always admired Bodybuilding and I really respect people who can be motivated enough to get down in the gym almost every day to work out. I considered it for my self and I thought that it could be awesome to get a meanmachine body. I started working out, and now it is one of my favorite hobbies and really love it.
Why I Love It:
I love to see how the body transforms, and to follow the positive results i make and because of the people I work out with..
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch other people whos bigger than me, watching videos on youtube and stuff like that.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
considering my long term goal, my biggest fault was that I weren't eating healthy, and I didn't thought about why I needed for example, Protein, when I started. I was lifting for maybe two hours without any meal or supplement to recover after the workout.

What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
N.O explode
It's good energy, it gives me just enough energy to finish my 3 hour workout.
This has absolutely nothing to do with bodybuilding but anyways. Tomorrow I will begin in school again after a 2 month long vacation. Taekwondo is also starting so I'm afraid that I wont have much time to work out. But we'll see. :)

Pete...thanks man...I really appreciate that. First...you dont need to be training abs that frequently...just like any muscle, you will get into an overtraining situation if you do. 3 times a week is plenty. If you want more veins and whatnot, thats all diet man...you need your nutrition to be spot on. 1 cheat meal a day is too much...2 x a week tops.
good luck man...let me know if you have any other questions.

Hej - undskyld.

Usually just 2 or 3 exercises, 4 sets each, 6-12 reps. Biceps are trained 1x per week w/ back and Triceps are trained 1x per week with Chest. My arms always responded quickly so I think genetics plays a big role. Good luck.
