How I Started:
Basically being forced to lift through football. Working out, not body building.
Why I Love It:
I love to work out because I enjoy the feel that I accomplished something for the day, and improving myself is what I want to do. Helping others improve themselves also is nice.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeps me in shape. Looking good. Something about having people watch you in the gym when you're doing a big weight is the best feeling about lifting. It keeps me going.
BB Accomplishments:
No bodybuilding accomplishments. I'm not big into "bodybuilding" per say, but more of the powerlifting aspect of the sport.

Goal (Long):
I reached my goal from last year to build the muscle groups that I had not trained in high school as I wished I would have. In December 2007, I was introduced to powerlifting as a sport. My new goal is to become as strong as I possibly can. Being fairly small, I want to double and triple my body weight in many lifts.
