It feels like Jr. Nationals was just last week. I’m now prepping for the USA’s in Vegas. Hey, I figure if I do bad at the show, it will be easy to drown my sorrows. Haha. The USAs will be a good test run since my dietitian will not be able to come. It’s about 2 weeks and some odd days...

Right now i'm about 10 weeks out from a show, so cardio is very important at this point. i do 1 hr of cardio 6 days a week on a stairmaster and sometimes the elliptical. i alternate calves and abs everyother day.
back: twice a week. rep out at 10-12
