I have been using nitrix for over two years and i love it. i recently started taking two doses and replacing the third dose with dymatized pre pump formula. Awasome!

Yeah, not exactly the place i wanted but there are always more shows. I needed to carb up more before the pre judging so next time i think im going to have 2 cheese burgers. lol

For a change try doing at least 4 0r 5 exercises for each body part and at least 4 set as well. your 1st set will be with a moderately heavy weight, your 2nd set will be about 5 to 10lbs less but rep them out fast but be careful asways be incontrol, 3rd and 4th set you will go slow (it will burn!) 5 seconds for the extend and 5 seconds for the contract. Let me know how you like it bro!

Thanks bro! I added an extra day just for back, i need it to be wider and fuller. Increased my leg sets to thicken out the quads and hammies. Hope it works lol!
