I have always been active with sports but got into bodybuilding in 2006 when I joined a gym and fell in love with lifting heavy. I went from 157lbs(size 12)to 130lbs(size 0-2). However, in June 2008 I fell off the wagon hard after a break up and family stuff. I had no idea what I wanted to do anymore and my body was the last thing on my mind. I thought I was taking care of me but in actuality I was putting myself last. Once I regained my love for working out and eating healthy everything fell into place.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives you such a positive feeling and clear mind. It raises your confidence level and makes you feel great every day. I mean how could you not love it? Endorphins are addictive!
How I Stay Motivated:
I always keep it in my mind that if I am not on my game someone out there is & there gonna beat me..I am not okay with that.

I have been following Fern and her blogs since I joined this site..she is always motivating me through her everyday life to work hard with what you have.
Wow I have not written in forever!! I got hit with a sh!t load of school work all at once. It went midterms, papers, exams and take homes. I still have one take home exam left and one formal exam. I will not be done until the 18th..where I will celebrate by being able to go to the gym whenever...
