I have always been active with sports but got into bodybuilding in 2006 when I joined a gym and fell in love with lifting heavy. I went from 157lbs(size 12)to 130lbs(size 0-2). However, in June 2008 I fell off the wagon hard after a break up and family stuff. I had no idea what I wanted to do anymore and my body was the last thing on my mind. I thought I was taking care of me but in actuality I was putting myself last. Once I regained my love for working out and eating healthy everything fell into place.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives you such a positive feeling and clear mind. It raises your confidence level and makes you feel great every day. I mean how could you not love it? Endorphins are addictive!
How I Stay Motivated:
I always keep it in my mind that if I am not on my game someone out there is & there gonna beat me..I am not okay with that.

I have been following Fern and her blogs since I joined this site..she is always motivating me through her everyday life to work hard with what you have.
As I mentioned somewhere..lol I took about 2.5-3 days off from Friday evening until Sunday evening from the gym and my diet. I did not go crazy or anything which actually surprised me but I did finally have some sweets after not being able to for 11 weeks. I did not really have much though...
