When I Started: Jun, 2006
How I Started: I have always been active but around 15-16 I just stopped doing everything. I became so lazy and was tipping the scales at about 155lbs. That was my turning point!
Why I Love It: I love working out because of the way it makes me feel afterwards. There is just something about having the power to change your body anyway that you want that makes it just so amazing!
How I Stay Motivated: Starting my day by going to the Gym motivates me for the entire day. Without it I feel like I am missing something.

Figured I had not written in a little while...So far this week my workouts have been awesome! I have been getting in at least 3 hours of cardio a week and managing to weight train 5-6 days a week. I am glad the habit has come back because for a while it felt very diffcult getting back into...
