I have always been active with sports but got into bodybuilding in 2006 when I joined a gym and fell in love with lifting heavy. I went from 157lbs(size 12)to 130lbs(size 0-2). However, in June 2008 I fell off the wagon hard after a break up and family stuff. I had no idea what I wanted to do anymore and my body was the last thing on my mind. I thought I was taking care of me but in actuality I was putting myself last. Once I regained my love for working out and eating healthy everything fell into place.
Why I Love It:
Working out gives you such a positive feeling and clear mind. It raises your confidence level and makes you feel great every day. I mean how could you not love it? Endorphins are addictive!
How I Stay Motivated:
I always keep it in my mind that if I am not on my game someone out there is & there gonna beat me..I am not okay with that.

As I mentioned somewhere..lol I took about 2.5-3 days off from Friday evening until Sunday evening from the gym and my diet. I did not go crazy or anything which actually surprised me but I did finally have some sweets after not being able to for 11 weeks. I did not really have much though...

Say Protein. You will think Im crazy for saying this. But have yourself one to two sanity eating days! Preferably, on the days your more active. Your motabolism is accoustomed to your catabolism. The little fat you recieve your cheating I promise will fire your fat burning furnace a little more. Do that for a week only and see whats up. You will see!
