The Marine Corps, but especially my deployment to Afghanistan.
Why I Love It:
How my body looks depends upon me, so my progress is a reflection of me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I built my body on ****ty foods overseas without supplements. So to all you nonbelievers it can be done; eat whole foods!
BB Accomplishments:
Finally being in a position to motivate others to lead a healthy lifestyle.

I just wanted to come through and show you some love. I DEF see the results from the work you have been putting in, Beautiful! Keep doing your thing, much love and success on reaching your goals and beyond
Let's keep focused on that goal, those of us want everything God has for us. If any of you have something else in mind , something less than total commitment, God will clear your blurred vision , you'll see yet.

Cheers M, you are too nice to me!! :) and great to be in contact again. I have been plagued with injuries, had a back injury (now I know how pensioners feel lol) and recently tore a tricep muscle (grade 2 tear). After 4 weeks got the ok to start training light - whoohoo! Glad to hear all is well with you, checked out your pics and you look great as usual! Have an awesome weekend. P
