When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
I have always been conscious about being and looking fit. During my time in the Marines and especially my deployment overseas, I learned how to train and eat smart, and once I started seeing results, I stuck with it.
Why I Love It:
How my body looks depends upon me, so my progress is a reflection of me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I built my body on ****ty foods overseas without supplements. So to all you nonbelievers it can be done; eat whole foods!
BB Accomplishments:
Finally being in a position to motivate others to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Congratulations on the job!!! That's awesome!! Who could say no to those guns?!?!! lol Oh and I'm not worried that you've forgotten about the workout ... I'm worried I won't SURVIVE the workout! lol
I feel the same way. I worry that too many supplements might cause health problems down the road too. I replaced all my supplements (other than whey after I lift) with salmon, chicken, and veggies a few months back, and I've seen greater gains than ever.
Wow! You are impressive, PM...of course exactly what is expected from a Marine. Look for my PM, and we'll chat abt resumes and other good stuff. With your confidence, background and drive, i see great opportunities.
hey, for strength and bodybuilding you should check out these supplements they have protein, vitamins, energy drinks and more, and to save money! use this reference number 5647285, and good luck in the future, hit me up with any questions! http://www.quixtar.com/product s/thumbnail.aspx?pid=10888& ; ; ;ctg=1 7339
Hey, thanks for accepting my friend-vite. You have my best wishes in becoming an MedTech, and no doubt you got it under control. On the Arabic language and culture, that is a lucrative opportunity. We can chat about companies that would snap you up quickly...:) I even know former Army Officers who made the transition...might be worth exploring.
Thanks for the comment and add! I know better now because I used to be one of those 20yr olds! :) Great job with your training - single digit bf% here we come!
