When I Started:
Aug, 2008
How I Started:
I have always done it off and on. I love helping people with their nutrition but realized no one cares to listen to someone that doesn't live it. So, I decided it was time to get serious.
Why I Love It:
Because there is nothing like that wore out/relaxing feeling you get after working out. It also helps me stay focused at work. (my company offers a free gym)
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading every article i can get my hands on and keeping in touch with my old college roommate. (Which is a genetic freak and always eats clean)
I would like to lose as much body fat as possible while increasing body mass. I also want to constantly set goals every 2 to 3 weeks and most importantly meet those goals. I believe that all of those small goals will help me to achieve a long term goal. It is kind of like ‘one game at a time’. I understand I can't make the playoffs without doing well during the season and I can't win the Super Bowl without defeating my weaknesses in the playoffs. See, I could tell you I’m going to do this and that but we all know how that always turns out. Good luck to all and remember transforming your body is a mental hurdle. Once you get past that ‘Anything is Possible’.
Ok, tonight is cook night for my wife and I. I thought some of you might be looking for a friday night meal that you don't have to consider your cheat meal...... we will do that on Sat. with black bean deer chili;
