My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program
For hypertrophy, I lift medium to heavy 8-10 reps. For strength, I lift heavy for 1-4 reps. For speed and endurance I lift light to medium for 15-20 reps. I try to do cardio every day, other than one rest day a week. Abs at the end of every workout
My Nutrition Program View My Full Nutrition Program
Im a big fan of eating as much whole natural foods as possible. Supplements and whey protein fill in the gaps when needed. I keep it simple, eating every 2-3 hours (Lean Protein, Complex carbohydrates, healthy fats) and drink a ton of water!
My Supplement Program View My Full Supplement Program
Supplements are great for hitting goals that you were close to without them! Im taking whey protein, BCAA's, Glutamine and creatine right now. Planning on taking a multivitamin and fish oils soon!

Im my own worst enemy, as nothing I accomplish seems to be good enough for myself! I will never quit trying to better myself! Steve cook is someone I look to for motivation
