again don't overdue it otherwise you'll gain fat again when you stop the cardio. i didn't use a fat burner, just dieted and trained hard, but i know a few natural pros that use Dialene-4 and if I used a fat burner that's what I would use. But try now to rely on supps to make up for eating crappy food. good luck man, keep in touch. -Paul

honestly you just have to take your time when you diet, when i did my show i only lost about 1 lb a week, because the last thing i would want is to lose much muscle you know? basically just slowly lower your carbs until you get that 1 lb a week weight loss, keep lifting hard and heavy. i tried to minimize cardio, a couple sessions of HIIT a week, if you plateau maybe include a couple lower intensity sessions in,

i'm always changing it up, reps? anywhere from 5-40ish, usually 6-12 tho. sets? depends on the bodypart. honestly, if you're new to lifting, any sort of decent program is going to yield you good results as long as your nutrition is sound, good luck!

well how low your carbs go depends on the person, some people get shredded on 350 carbs a day if they're insulin sensitive, others need to go under 100 a day to get their abs poppin. personally, the lowest i went before my show was 205 a day, but i had striated glutes, you don't wanna get that lean just for summer, cuz it'll **** with your metabolism haha.

basic training, nothing crazy, bumped up my cardio from 1-2 days a week to like 5 days, and lowered my carbs. Doesn't sound like much, but if you stick to it and avoid too much booze, you'll get shredded
