Workout Program:
SUN - Chest : upper, middle, lower.

MON - Arms : Biceps,hammer'normal 'Triceps,outer-inner head.

TUES - Back, Lats ' upper back.

WED - Rest, Eat to heal,and get protein carbs and energy fd.

THURS - Shoulders, front-middle ' traps.

FRI - LEGS, Quads&hams 1 exercise ' Calves.

SAT - Rest, Eat to heal,and get protein carbs and energy fd.
