My self and my dad , when i see my arms and shoulders wider and thicker than before and knowing its not stoping there (the ladies help too ;)

Goal (Long):
keep my bodyfat low , haha like thats a problem. psh
and to bulk up , swell up and get bigger .
i like the shape and proportions im in, i just want to improve and get ready for my first show.
Now THAT's what I'm talking about! You look great, my man. Very lean. We have similar body types, so try something I did. Concentrate for a while on heavy decline presses with perfect form. When you fill out your lower pecs, you can stay very lean without looking skinny. Awesome! al
