Ignore lifting stats

Hey guys , just ignore the lifting stats , i put in my one rep max , and it calculated my 1RMx from that . i then put in my normal lifting weight , and now it looks like its gone down  . . . so just ignore that , and if you know how i can rectify it , pls let me know !

AlMovement Now THAT's what I'm talking about! You look great, my man. Very lean. We have similar body types, so try something I did. Concentrate for a while on heavy decline presses with perfect form. When you fill out your lower pecs, you can stay very lean without looking skinny. Awesome! al Sep 16, 2007 9:19am
