The Start. Calve and Inner-Quads
I used to think I was alot bigger than that. Pictures say different though.
The first update on a leg shot! Wait?.... does that make since? nope. But here it is. i'm only putting one cuz i'm embarrassed. i've never had to work my legs to keep them up w/the rest of my body cuz i was a hockey player, runner, football player, bla bla bla. but now since i've stopped that stuff and just lifted, it got outta hand. typical rookie status.... yuck!

Nothin really different that you notice...at all. its hard to tell the upper pec prgress but there is some. Trust me..

I've noticed a huge definition and mass gain in my back. My pictures really piss me off and I need to spend time on better pictures sorry.

Lats are not as good as they should be. Kinda been my offseason since I'm outta school and gotta work more. I have three jobs and like girls... Almost a 2" chest gain. AGAIN. More round shoulders cuz i've focused on alot of weaknesses like my painful, loose, right shoulder due to muscular imbalance from no rear delts. Needless to say, i've improved me rear delts.

Just an update of my apparently most popular pose on my site? (just found out it flat out tells you that... ha ha) sorry the lighting was horrible or my chest was too white, tried to darken it so you can help me decide what i need to work on more.
