How I Started:
I was in a gym class and I was naturally the biggest kid in the class and when i couldn't put 135 up more than 4 times I was embarrassed. So I started working out everyday and eventually won my Iron Man competition in my school for my weight class.
Why I Love It:
The black out on a max rep. It's you and the weight fighting eachother. At that point in time the bar or weight has a personality and is giving everything it has to crush you in the ground. it's just you and the bar and weight at that moment in time. you don't even notice the spotter three feet from your ****in face. Beat it and throw that bar up... now you've accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
My friends who also lift and the stares you get from girls.

Keep doin the only thing that I can consistently rely on looking forward too. Lifting. I'm Addicted, I love it, don't ask or tell me to stop! ANYONE, I MEAN ANYONE WHO WILL GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM AND ADVICE, PLEASE DO! IT IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

No I don't only workout my abs..
I Workout 1 time at week, and I work my intire body.
But the results are from all my soccer practice :)
