I started off with running at my school just trying to lose some body fat and get cut, I then decided that wasn't working so good so I decided to hit the gym my friend went to and I was slowly but surely sucked into being a full blown gym enthusiast! Once I started taking supplements is when I really got serious about lifting and setting goals for myself weight and strength wise.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my work pay off, it has helped me strengthen my ambition, work ethic and confidence. It's also helped me set goals for myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
results, girls, stress, and RESULTS.
BB Accomplishments:
beating my uncle's bench press weight while in high school.
