How I Started: peer pressure :) Actually I kinda had to work out I grew up in a ruff neighborhood.
Why I Love It: Stress releif, confidence, I live near the beach, I really like the burn/soreness
How I Stay Motivated: The mirror and want to live a long healthy life. I live in a bad neighborhood so I have to stay strong to survive (serious)
BB Accomplishments: Catching a second breath when running, dunking a basketball (I'm only 5'11') and bench pressing 335 lbs also couple of years back I had a six pack. (soon to have again).
