It takes more then poseing to be a great bodybuilder. You have to have the muscles to pose with. Melvin Anthony can pose his ass off all day long because he's a great poser, but he's never going to beat a guy like Jay Cutler.

Thanks. Im getting more symmetrical as the days go by. Everything is coming together. Quads are thick and bulky, with a few striations and seperation. IMO that makes them look better. Im bringing up my calves and hams. My chest is getting thicker. Arms are bigger with a better peak. I just need better upper back detail. But i think that will come with competition diet. How are you?

Usually around 5-6 days a week. Depends on my schedule. I train everybody part once a week, besides the laging muscles or the smaller ones in ex-abs, calves, and sometimes biceps or triceps.
