Why I Love It:
A certain rush it gives me. Its easy to explain, but its hard to get. It's when you have 45's stacked on each side. You know you have 10 reps ahead of you. Your lying on that bench, focused on one thing. To get all 10 reps and then some. You bust out 8 and your body is numb. Your gasping for air. Your body kicks it into overdrive. You can only see a black shadow above you. Your dizzy and weak, but somehow someway you bust out 3 more reps. More then you needed, but hardwork pays off.
How I Stay Motivated:
Due to the fact that im always training for a competition, it's easy for me to stay motivated. Because I dont want to get my ass handed to me.
