Hi Bob, big fan of yours;love the format leading up to last years Olympia.Especially your interviews with the competitors (the added wit makes it fun!) KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU DO!!!!
I know you've answered thousands of emails during your career but when I was a teenager I wrote to you and you wrote back and I never forgot about it. This saturday, April 25th, I'll be competing in my first contest. Thank you, sir!
Just wanted to say thanks for being a great representative of the sport. I watch your DVD's (war for the worlds and world class physique series) regularly to stay motivated. You are a true inspiration- thanks for everything!
Hey Im from rochester, Next time you come home it would be an honor to get a quick session in with you. There is a brand new golds in webster Top Notch.
What is your bench at now, still 525 or has it come down. I can imagine that would be a hard number to maintain. I would be happy with a 400lbs bench. Don't touch the MIC, lol.
Bob-
Any way you might Help me get this thing on BB.com Main site or Help with Promotion?

Hello,
I read your article on HIIT vis-a-vis slow cardio. I had a question. I am about to start on a HST program, with my aim being to put on size, without increasing my waist size by too much. How much of cardio (slower variety) do you think I should incorporate, and would that hamper gaining size?
Currently my only cardiovascular exercise is a brisk walk/partly jog to and from work in the morning as well as in the afternoon after lunch, which amounts to 6 miles a day @ approx 4mph.
