Just wanted to say thanks for all the positive responses/ comments on the Olympia Series...we've got a few more lined up, then it's off for the '07 Olympia! For those who cant make it to Las Vegas to see history being made...don't forget the LIVE webcast right here on BB.com, and better...
I would like to thank you for your advise on the World Class Physique video's. I have battled many injuries over the last few years and have had great success with your tips. My goal is to be in the best shape of my life when I come home to my wife from Iraq. Thank You and God bless!
Hello! I am taking a Performance Nutrition Specialist course through ISSAonline.com and I have several assignments that I have to do. One of them is that I have to talk to an "accomplished bodybuilder" and ask them what their diet and supplement plan is when they're preparing for a contest. If you could help me out or know of someone else who would take the time to email me back, I would really appreciate it. Thanks! ~Michaella~
Hi Bob, I'm a fan from Rochester, N.Y.
Your one of my biggest inspirations, because of your height and classic cut but huge build, I hope you continue to compete and do artistic photos, because your look is 1 in 1 million
Bob, I had a shoulder injury some time back. I am doing good now and have seen gains, however due to the time in which I had my problems I have a difference in my lats. Right flares closer to the waste than the left. What would you recommend to correct this? I appreciate your time. Thanks
Hey Bob, you may remember me from the forums. I just wanted to say that your advice on slow cardio made me change up my cardio plan. Everyone always told me that HIT cardio was muscle sparing and better than slow cardio, but I lost all my muscle that way, took 6 months to gain back. Since doing fasted slow cardio I've lost nearly 13 pounds with no muscle lost that I can see. Thanks heaps for your advice!
Welcome to Florida! Congrats on your move to the Sunshine State. I hope you and your family are doing well. It was great seeing you at Southern States this past weekend.
Hey Bob, Thanks again for everything you've done for the sport. I jumoped into competing at about 14-15 years old, so following your career is inspiring.
