I'm a reporter with KXLY 4 in Spokane, WA. I'm working on a story about ordering steroids online. Is there a former steroid user that would be willing to talk about the dangers of steroid use and why natural is the best way to go? Please give me a call or send me an email. Thanks

Your contest blog for Ironman 2007 is WRONG. I cant believe you dont even acknowledge that super heavy weight class. And just to let you know Byron Hicks was NOT the over all winner. I f you are going to hold a site that tells the contest results just make sure they are right an not a fraud. I myself and others work VERY HARD to have some jerk like you mess up the stats. Jemarh Patterson was 1st in super heavy wieght and Byron was NOT over all SASHA was in the heavyweight.

Its obvious you use steroids to get to that level. Just look at his Back! The traces are obvious!

Maria Bellando (Pro since '99) was on fire!! For not having competed in 5 years, I'd say coming in 6th place (Fitness)is incredible! She is a class act, and has much to be admired. Who knows, maybe we will see her again soon. Great show.

Does anybody know what the rules are for the NPC when competing in another organization? I have a pro card with the USBF & thinking about renewing, but i am competing in the NPC nationals in november for a NPC pro status in the IFBB.
I live in N.J, so if anybody can lead me in the right direction with this info. i'd appreciate it.

From watching the pre-judging, I think that Kai Greene has the best physique on that stage, so I am expecting him to come in at first or at least second. Let"s see how he does in the finals.
I also have Darrem Charles in the top two too :-), but that might have to do with the fact that he is from the Caribbean (represent!) - I"m biased, but his physique is good too, although I would still put Kai ahead of him.

Keep all the hard work in the gym and you would reach your goals Here a quote which I hope you would help you with your training There is the Point of No Return where you have Trained so Long Sacrificed so Much, That you Can't GO Back. You Must Reach Your Goal & Trample On Anyone Who tries to Stop I wise man told me that and his name was Herb Elliot Australia Olympic Champion

1) Dennis Wolf (he's huge if he nails his conditioning he is unstoppable)
2) Desmond Miller (its his home event, crowd, judges and hype will all play in his favour)
3) Silvio Samuels (damn he has got some huge, round muscle bellies)
4) Branch Warren (if he comes in tight he is a shoe in for the top 5)
5) Joel Stubbs (ok i know no one has said he would finish this high but his upper body alone should get him top 5 plus i'm Bahamian and i gotta give my boy some love)
