I want to lose fat and gain muscle. I defintely want to get my eating habits under control
Goal (Long):
I just want the body I have always dreamed of. I look at this website everyday and wish I had some of these bodies, today I decided to do something about it. I am going to dedicate my time to doing this because I want it so bad.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

Honoured to be considered your friend. I understand that you are considering the Body for Life program. It is a complete program giving you the balance of nutrition, weights and cardio and you even get a Cheat Day. My favorite part until I got addicted to working out.

If you are looking for a program that not only gives you a fantastic workout regime but also addresses and gives you a great nutrition program I recommend you look into the 12-week Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program.
