OLD me - 175lbs (1/15/2006) Recomp
This was me before my dramatic weight/fat loss transformation. I was 175 or so pounds in this photo (and at 5'5", it shows). I dropped my weight to 135 by November of that year by running 5-6miles EVERYDAY. I probably overtrained and lost a lot of muscle, too, but at the time, it wasn't too important =

*FIRST REAL PROGRESS PHOTO This was taken around a month after I first started going to the gym again. I was around 145lbs when this picture was taken with too much fat around my stomach and torso. I gained 10lbs from college food after having dropped 175 to 135. A lot of fat and muscle loss. Begin clean bulk for 3+ months.
