How I Started:
When my first year in college ended, I was really unhappy with the way I looked; because of this, I began going to the gym more often and started reading articles on bodybuilding.com. I've changed the way I eat, though being a supervisor at a university dining hall, it's one of the most difficult things to do. I seldom have time to work out but try to do minimal exercises in my apartment when my gym is already closed.
Why I Love It:
It has helped me build the foundation of a good, healthy lifestyle and I'm feeling better than ever.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that eventually I will look how I want as long as I keep pursuing my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I began. Also going from 175 (peak weight) to around 135 in about a year and a half (currently around 145-150).

Goal (Long):
Ideally, I wan to be around 180lbs at 8-10%bf. I'm in no rush as I know this will take years to accomplish and that I'm not in a race or anything. I have to focus on making consistent gains in strength first (maybe even compete in the 148division in some meets?) and hypertrophy will follow.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb

I'm just going to use this blog as a way to track my progress with the 3 main lifts and which supps are worth buying again.

So far, I'm really getting good gains from Storm...moreso than Green Mag. RPM isn't as great as it was made out to be, but it's killer for just $30/month or...

hey Bro, right now I am at LA Mission College. I hope by this fall to be at ELAC. I love my job and my subject but since you now LA, the valley drive is killer. Can't wait to be local and down the street. I was going to go to UCSB for the Phd program in CHS but they suck. Hope to have you back in LA one day. Good Luck up there.
