How I Started:
When my first year in college ended, I was really unhappy with the way I looked; because of this, I began going to the gym more often and started reading articles on bodybuilding.com. I've changed the way I eat, though being a supervisor at a university dining hall, it's one of the most difficult things to do. I seldom have time to work out but try to do minimal exercises in my apartment when my gym is already closed.
Why I Love It:
It has helped me build the foundation of a good, healthy lifestyle and I'm feeling better than ever.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that eventually I will look how I want as long as I keep pursuing my goals.
BB Accomplishments:

Also going from 175 (peak weight) to around 135 in about a year and a half (currently around 145-150).

This was me before my dramatic weight/fat loss transformation.

Goal (Long):
Ideally, I wan to be around 180lbs at 8-10%bf. I'm in no rush as I know this will take years to accomplish and that I'm not in a race or anything. I have to focus on making consistent gains in strength first (maybe even compete in the 148division in some meets?) and hypertrophy will follow.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
