I duno really i have played sports all my life football,baseball,soccer,basketball,track&feild and im a avid rock climber so i guess i have been around fitness my whole life and i like to live a healthy life
Why I Love It:
the results that you get and they way i feel after i lift and the day after the soreness makes me feel like i have accomplished something.
How I Stay Motivated:
