Mar, 2008
How I Started:
Some people at work all started going to a gym after work so I decided to go. We would all sort of compete to see who would get the strongest and biggest. They only went for a few weeks and gave it up. I guess you could say that I'm winning.
Why I Love It:
I love being in shape and being stronger than average people. I love the commitment. I love being able to say that I can bench press 315lbs.
How I Stay Motivated:
Some great people that I've met at the gym always push me. Looking in the mirror. Heavy weight starting to feel lighter really motivates me.
BB Accomplishments:
!!!!315lb bench press!!!! 350 Club here I come!

Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Overall):
I want to be a beast!!!!!!
Goal (Long):
I just like working out. Getting bigger and stronger is rewarding to me. My goal for now is to get my weight up to 225lbs by eating clean and lifting hard. When I started getting serious about lifting 1 1/2 years ago I was 6'2.5 and 180lbs. My bench goal was 2 plates "225lbs" and I wanted to weigh about 200lbs. On June 22 2009 I weighed in at 215lbs and maxed out at 315 on the bench!!!!! I never had a goal for squats but I just got into them and theyre sort of a new passion. On June 30 2009 I repped 315lbs for 3 solid reps...{!Thanks Alex!} Ive smashed through my original goals and theres just no point in stopping now. As of today, July 4, 2009 my goal is to weigh 225lbs, benching 350 for at least one rep, and squat 400lbs for 4 reps by this time next year.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
