I got picked on all the time, so i started doing pushups pullups crunches and dips. i fought alot throughout school, and got damn good at it. started boxing, and hitting the gym. mainly i would do a push,pull,rest routine. i was seeing good gains and thought i knew everything so i never wanted to switch it up. once i got out of school and with more experience i saw that i wasn't the strongest guy in the world,i decided to take it to the next level. i started doing alot research and talked to alot of more experienced people. Im in college and plan on am finishing up my pre-pharm requirements and am applying for the doctorate pharmacy program next fall and make physical perfection my life long goal.

Thanks. Since I troweled out some big fat juicy excuses over the years, now that I have pulled my head out and just set out to do it... I'm a little more brutal to those who are dishing out the excuses.
Thanks for the motivating words, man. Yes, 225 felt a little easy... I wanna hit 255 next at a bw of 170-172.. hopefully cutting goes well so i can get back at going heavy. I'm hoping to reach 10-12% in my cut. I'll trade you my wanna be chubby taper for your bodyfat percentage. lol
