i got started with bodybuilding after going to the Europa show in 2005. I was amazed at how a human can alter their physique in such ways that i told myself from there on that i was going to be up there one day.
Why I Love It:
because i love the way i feel and how i look. The feeling i get while im in the gym makes me feel like im at home, like thats just where i need to be.
How I Stay Motivated:
by looking at myself everyday seeing the changes i have made from the very beginning and doing it all NATURAL!!!

Well as i will let you guys know i am a student in college. And today we happened to have a culture food day in which we HAD to show up for class and bring something of your own. Man was it hard to stay away from EVERYTHING!!! Lol, but i came prepared. As i brought some Arroz con Gandules(...

Load up in the off season and peal down to show your new gains when it's show time! Keep up the great work! Now as far as my recovery time I'm a "firm" believer in the power of the man above and I'm proff of what God can do:-) I can't wait to see what he does with me next!

Just wanted to tell you that after 13 weeks I'm now able to run again yeah!!! Leg pressing 5 plates and getting stronger every week!

You know what happens to an injured muscle? It gets "BIGGER" to prevent the injury from happening again:-) lol
