How I Started:
I was in gymnastics from 3-12 but my mom couldnt afford it anymore. Then I became sedentary. In high school I took up bodyshaping. Trying to get in to the best shape of my life now.
Why I Love It:
Gives me energy and a self-esteem boost. Plus I like being a strong woman, it's fun to lift more than the guys at school.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think about the end result. I think about fat people eating fast/fatty food, and dont want to be that person anymore.

Goal (Long):
I want to feel proud and confident of myself and my body. I have alot of knowledge, I just need to apply myself, and I will have something to show for it.
Well, my scale at home says 175 in the a.m. and yesterday at the gym (before my trainer took my measurements)..I was 180. She didn't like that too much...But from the measurements she took of me in March, I lost 2inches in my hips and waist...and either stayed the same or lost a bit in...
I see your goal is lose 40lbs and gain muscle . . . remember muscle weighs more then fat, make sure you are watching BF% too. Sometimes it feels like your not losing weight, but in truth your losing BF instead. Good Luck in your goals!
