After many set-backs the last year between an ulcerative condition of my digestive system, a trap injury and a 2 week layoff from the flu, I'm making up for a little lost time, and a few lost pounds of muscle, before getting ready to compete in 2010
I am determined to increase my flexibility, muscle mass, and rhythmic interpretation (aka- I can't dance) so that I may give a stunning performance at my first fitness competition this winter.
