I saw your fit status about being hungry all the time. Time magazine did a big article about how exersice makes you more hungry and you can't possibly burn all the calories you eat as a result of working out. I didn't really agree with it but it was really interesting. You seem really active so its natural that you going to eat alot. Doubt that helps at all,haha, but you should check out that article

nice, I saw your deadlift video pretty impressive. I know what you mean about squating with a sore back it just kills it if you trying to move up in weight. My lifts are going up but i had to move them back down so I'm trying to get back to where i was. Its alot faster to get back but I still hate lifting less than i was, haha. I hope you having a good weekend, anything fun going on?

haha, that is so true, i think the worst is lower back from deadlifts, makes me feel super old to be that sore, haha. Thanks for the encourgement. Are you making some good gains on your lifts?

haha, well there were 4 of us living together. My friend and his girlfriend another one of our buddies and then me. So the friend and his girlfriend got a place and then me and the other guy moved into a house with another girl. very complicated, haha. But our new house is way nicer so I'm glad we moved. Your in iraq now?
