Yeah gaining sucks ha! I think for me a lot is mental because subconsciously I just see everything going straight to areas I don't want it... even though that's completely ridiculous. Hope you're well!

My deadlifts are moving (I just got 285), and my bench is moving up a little, but my squats are staying the same. I hate it when my lower back is sore and then I have to squat!!! Thats horrible!!! I hope your training is going well this week...are you making gains on your lifts?
