My dad has been an avid weight lifter since he was in high school, so i guess you could say i was born into it. I have alway messed around with wieghts since a little kid watching my dad but didn't get serious up until about a 2007.
Why I Love It:
Because its all about you. Thers no team, what you have achieved in the gym is because of what you did to do it. Also like seeing how far i can push my self.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tell my self you won't get anywhere if you dont try. The results i see in the mirror and positive comments from people.

Prestonkid changed Body Fat from 7% to 11%, a gain of 4 percentage points in 121 days
good to hear ... decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking ..do you think that will work as a cutting schedule? do you think it will get me ripped with something close to a six pack

cool. thanks for the advice. currently i'm workin supersets pretty hard. really got some good gains doing two bodyparts a day. doin a 4 day on 1 day off cycle.
