How I Started:
After a life changing event I noticed that I was not in the shape that I think I should be... and I needed something to channel all of my stress through.. there's nothing better than working out.
Why I Love It:
It gets me away from my day to day agrivations and makes me feel good!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep thinking about the body that I want and then I look in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
I've lost 35 pounds of fat since Dec 06' and have finally started to gain some muscle.. but no where near where I want to be.
To gain 20 pounds of muscle and finally lose my belly!
Goal (Long):
My entire life I have always been the tall skinny kid. Now that I am almost thirty I have lost that image and have gained an even worse one.. the tall skinny guy with the gut. I no longer want to be that person. I want to be able to go to the beach and not be self concious about my appearance, I want arms that stretch out my sleeves, a nice six pack, and the rest of my body to match. In the end I would love to be around the 220lbs range with 15% or less of body fat. I hope to accomplish this goal with in the next 18 to 24 months with hard work and dedication!
