admin Pre-workout nutrition? I work out first in the morning, so I just take half a scoop of a protein powder blend, and then get started on my pre-workout drink that I sip throughout my workout. guest Wow. From Jan to Mar that's amazing. Gives me hope. Thanks mate. PS. I know I don't eat right and you look things up and they say eat more carbs/protien, more blah-blah-blah, but that's just like listening to a doctor.
