When I Started:
How I Started:
When I was 16 my dad was in ICU after bone marrow transplant complications, and to cope with the ups and downs and his eventual passing, the gym was my savior.
Why I Love It:
I can control a lot of how good I get. Increased self esteem, and the discipline that also leads to the success in other aspects of life.
How I Stay Motivated:
By the people who overcome their own personal battles, and find ways to succeed regardless of physical or mental limitations. Those people are who inspire me to keep it going day in and day out.
Not to forget my trainer, IFBB pro, Troy Brown...he's the most positive person I know
BB Accomplishments:
My biggest achievement is overcoming two blood clots, and managing to still make drastic improvements in the last 2 years.

Win Pro card as a Light heavy weight in 4-5 years at the Canadian Nationals.
Goal (Long):
To beat the odds of being the kid that shouldn't have made it somewhere in life, and to show the negative people that my sacrifice was worth it! This is for every underdog who had the odds against them, and for everyone that believed in me. But most of all, this is for me because I live for this, and have been blessed with guidance from IFBB pro Desmond Miller, and 4 time Canadian national champion WInston Green.
I dare anyone to know a kinder person who trains harder, and loves the sport more. She inspires me to help others succeed, and to not give up in situations that warrant a reason to quit
year round now to stay healthy in the most important muscle- the heart

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
none. As for pro bodybuidlers, I wish I had Phil Heath's or Dexter Jackson's as they are closer to my height, but just unattainable physiques. Oh, and Desmond Miller's wheels...those things are just incredible!none. Oh my goodness oh my goodness oh....
You are just so beautiful. I'm all in shivers now.
I can't believe what you just did.
Jamie, to say that means a lot to me is the biggest understatement ever.
Love you big time!
You still focused on the MB show??
Training is SO good Jamie. Loving every minute of it. The diet is going to get brutal in the next 3 weeks. Gotta hang on! I leave tomorrow for MTL. with a ton of tupperware lol! Will continue training there. Emma is sick so they had to postpone yet again. They need her at her best. :) Jamie, thank you for asking. You keep strong. Gotta see ya soon!
Thanks for the props! I've thought about competing but haven't got together the discipline to do the strict dieting yet. I just want to get in the best shape possible...especially now that I'm in my 30s...lol
