I saw Conan the Barbarian, and wanted to know more about the actor, which lead me to look up to, if not idolize Arnold.
Why I Love It:
I don't think I love it. It has become more one of those things that I do because I need to do it. It is not an addiction, nor an affectation, but I have chosen to mold myself into a different image.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am an avid paper gamer. All I have to do is look through my miniatures box and look at all the figures I've painted that I want to look like.

This was way back when I was blacksmithing. It was a commissioned project for the curious and I cropped out the owners. I weighed somewhere around 280 pounds then.
I think the biggest difference between this pic and the previous is in my upper arms.
Life got in the way for a time, I never lost sight of my diet, but lost what ground I gained in definition. Time to take it back and then some before the winter holidays.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Elliptical machine. It gives me a resistance to push on, I can get in my "zone" and just go with it.

What is your cardio exercise plan?
I try and get in at least 15min of LISS before every workout.
