How I Started:
I was new to the San Diego area and the Gold's Gym was having a special. My dad worked out and I wanted to get BIG!
Why I Love It:
You can't worry about your problems when you have weight over your head. No matter how you feel, the weights are always willing to help you feel better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Set long term goals and short term goals and review them weekly.
BB Accomplishments:
My weight went up by thirty pounds while my bodyfat stayed the same in two years.

I will be entering the ABA contest scheduled for May 15th, 2010.
Goal (Long):
I have been working out for over sixteen years and although I have gotten much bigger, I now want to see my ab muscles. I have talked about competing in a contest and now I will! With the support of my family and my students, I will win the battle with myself.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 40 lb
