I started really focusing on working out about a year ago. I have fine tuned my diet and supplementation to acheive better results. My main goal is to gain more muscle and weigh at about 200 (or more if possible). I'm what you would call a "hardgainer" so this would really be an accomplisment for me. Another goal I have is to be able to increase my veritcal for basketball and throw it down 2 handed.

Porter, we made pong happen last time when you had NO supplies. We just changed the name of the game after stopping at my house to pick up some necessities! With those skills, I'm sure we can set up a tourny somehow... :)
