How I Started:
I have always wanted to be muscular. I had a rough childhood and those older than me were into gangs and I got brought into that life. Shortly after my daughter was born. I did my last drug deal with her in the baby seat. She looked up at me and I could have died from shame. Needless to say that was the last deal I ever made. I am 30 now and I look back at my life and realize that have come so far. I have taught my self so much. Everything from how to speak correctly to how to be a father to my beautiful daughter. Well now its time to teach my self how to be a weight lifter. I have read a lot and I have a passion for it but that does not lift the weights. The time is now!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of lifting because for that one moment I am alone and I am the best. I know that there are those stronger and better than I am but in that moment I am untouchable. I feel like I can walk taller after I lift both in business and in life because I have over come what I thought I could not over come that day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have an amazing 10year old daughter and we both struggle with our weight. Well now we are not struggleing we are fighting back with iron and damn it feels good. To be in that gym pushing so hard you feel like your going to break and you just want to give up …………off to the side you hear C'Mon Daddy one more lets go. My god I could lift the world. She is it!!
BB Accomplishments:
I used to be trapped in a life that was not mine in a body I was not @ 300lbs I got out of that rut and dropped some major weight. I started to lift but still have some bad eating habbits. That is why I am pushing now I refuse to let that situation dictate who and what I am going to be

As of right now I have found that a mixture of cheat reps and the Arm Bomber work best. The Arm Bomber is a piece of workout equipment that I found while reading Arnolds book. It is a piece of steal that is shaped to go over your mid section and cups your elbows to keep you in perfect form. You can only lift about half of your normal weight but at the same time it does nothing but work your biceps.

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
Even though I can not do many at a very high weight if I really want to blast my tris I do skull crushers. At this point I do about 3 sets of 6 with 105lbs
