How I Started:
My father has been a real inspiration for me.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of blood being pumped into my biceps after doing a bunch of bicep curls. Also, I love it when people tell me, "Your numbers are sooooo high!!!"
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at the highschool bench, squat, and dead lift records website.
BB Accomplishments:
I am pound for pound the strongest woman at my highschool. This powerlifting season I have won all the meets, also.
WOW, I must say. When i saw your numbers I was very impressed. You could kick my ass when I was your age. lol. I was into wrestling at 105lbs. I remember when I was in 9th grade and I could barely bench the bar with a 5 on each side. lol. Keep the good work up. Great Job.
My lifts are going well. Right now I'm not benching, I'm doing incline bench. This week I did 365 x 3 on incline. I can't believe your lifts at 14. I'm expecting to see some amazing lifts by your senior year.
Nice job on the powerlifting. Deadlift 225! holy crap man, your a stud. I'm going to do some powerlifting in the Spring/Summer. We will have to see who can make the most improvement :). Keep up the good work, its nice to hear about your progress. What was the bench by the way?
I was a thrower for the University of Wyoming in Track and Field. With your size and strength you should do shot-put and discus. Stay Strong.

OMG those are some nice stats. I can't believe your only 14. You have a lot of potential, so keep it up. Listen to you Dad he obviously knows what he is doing.
