Background

When I Started: Nov 2011
HOW I STARTED:

It was wrestling time and i wanted to dominate so i started doing research and made workouts to improve my body and i fell in love with working out.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I love working out because i know the benefits and i love the feeling of pushing myself. I know that with every rep i do im making myself better and stronger!
